Train riding and more train

Well, we have seen Spain. Loads of different terrains including the sea, mountains, flat farmlands and now back to hills. Beautiful old buildings and interesting towns.

We are still riding the train and may have to find alternative transportation in Monforte de Lemos… They have had a few issues today with the rail switches. Our 1 hour plus layover went to 30 minutes and now is a 73 minutes late. 😩

We will test our language skills to try to get the next train. If not, the bus it will be.

Train meal was interesting. Ham and una barra de pan (crusty bread 🥖) sandwich. Ham was different. Backup Plan: snacked on Oreos, trail mix and Pringles.

WiFi is free. We have caught up on emails and news.

Sun finally made it out. Kinda hazy day and in the 60s. Sun will be setting soon.

We will report back in a few hours if we make it to Sarria via train, bus, car or feet!👣
