Lugo sites: museums, cathedral and wall

Today, we did the historical tourist thing. We visited the Roman Wall, Museo Provincial de Lugo, Domus Mitreo A Domus do Mitreo and Casa dos Mosaicos. We caught the Piscina romana yesterday.

After visiting the train station, we walked more of the wall. We checked out the Casa dos Mosaicos Museum. The House of Mosaics is an impressive Roman archaeological site located in the heart of Lugo. These are the remains of a Roman domus from the 3rd-4th century AD, with geometric mosaics. We walked down a set of stairs to find this hidden underground.

Museo Provincial de Lugo is a state museum with carvings, pottery, coins, jewelry, and loads more about Lugo.

Domus Mitreo A Domus do Mitreo is a Historical archaeological site with a preserved Roman house & ruins of a temple. It is also from the 2nd Century.
